On September 10, 2026, the AEB Parallel Imports Working Group held a meeting to discuss current issues faced by companies and to outline a strategy for further action, including with regard to certain product categories within the list of goods permitted for parallel imports.

The meeting focused on the practical aspects of applying the parallel imports mechanism, administration and law enforcement practices, as well as coordinating the positions of AEB member companies on the most sensitive product categories. 

The Working Group will continue to monitor regulatory developments and will prepare proposals to improve the list of goods permitted for parallel imports.
