Within the framework of the "Business Schools" project, the completion ceremonies of the 2022-2023 academic year were held at the Southern Federal University (Rostov-on-Don) and at the Kuban State Technological University (Krasnodar).

The Business School project has been implemented at the Kuban State Technological University since 2015, and at the Southern Federal University since 2021. This academic year, 13 leading companies, including members of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, became participants in the project. The leadership of universities invariably emphasizes the importance of this educational project.

In 2022, to determine the strategy for the development and consolidation of the Business School project, a Coordinating Council was created, which included representatives of companies and the management of all 4 universities where the project is being implemented. 

The Chairman of the Project Coordination Council is Oleg Zharko, Corporate Affairs Director Center South Region, the Head of Business Service Center Danone. To solve organizational issues in a timely manner, there is a working group consisting of project coordinators of each university under the leadership of Igor Brener, Employee Experience, Cargill GHRS Russia.

The educational program of the project at each university ranges from 90 to 100 hours of classroom classes and is developed by a special working HR group of companies participating in the project. Traditionally, it includes lectures by managers and leading practitioners of companies participating in the project, excursions to enterprises, business games and tasks for solving business cases.

The defense of business cases and the ceremony of awarding certificates to graduates took place on April 26, 2023 at the Southern Federal University, and on April 28 – at the Kuban State Technological University. Certificates of Business School graduates signed by the heads of companies and universities were awarded to 13 students at the Business School in Rostov-on-Don and 16 in Krasnodar.

In mid-May, the completion ceremonies of the 2022-2023 academic year will be held at the Kuban State Agrarian University and the Kuban State University.
