The event was chaired by Dr. Frank Schauff, AEB CEO, and Ian Proud, Economic Counsellor at the British Embassy in Moscow. Birgit Hansl, Lead Economist and Country Sector Coordinator for the Russian Federation, made a presentation of recent economic research.
