КОНФЕРЕНЦИЯ “ПОДГОТОВЬСЯ К ЧЕМПИОНАТУ МИРА ПО ФУТБОЛУ FIFA 2018 В РОССИИ!”

The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in the AEB conference “Get Ready for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia!” which will cover the following practical aspects with regard to the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia: hospitality, accommodation, migration, intellectual property rights, customs, retail trade, construction industry and building material suppliers, legal, etc.

The event will take place on 18 April 2018, Wednesday, from 09:30 to 18:00 (registration starts at 09:00 a.m.) at Metropol Hotel Moscow (Moscow, Teatralny Proezd 2, Vrubel Hall).

High-level representatives of Russia 2018 Local Organising Committee, MATCH Hospitality, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Moscow Department for Sport and Tourism, Federal Customs Service are invited as our distinguished guests to brief on forthcoming activities and regulations related to the World Cup FIFA 2018 in Russia.

At the Conference, the experts from a wide range of industries will share their experience of the Confederation Cup 2017, challenges and practical solutions for the World Cup FIFA 2018. The event will provide a platform for discussion and exchange of ideas, as well as a unique networking opportunity.

Attendance fees:

Fee for AEB members is 9’000 RUB (+18% VAT);

Fee for representatives of non-member companies is 11’000 RUB (+18% VAT).
