The AEB Real Estate Committee is pleased to invite you to the business meeting titled “Real Estate Acquisitions in a Crisis”.

The meeting will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30p.m. (registration from 9:00 a.m.), on Wednesday, March 25^th, 2009, at the Marriott Royal Aurora Hotel, Stoleshniki hall (11/20 Petrovka.str).

Given the current economic situation, there are many opportunities for investors and end users who are looking to take advantage of the real estate market and acquire distressed or inexpensive properties. However, before the final decision is made, it is important to conduct proper due diligence, covering all aspects of property evaluation such as legal, technical, financial, and tax. For the upcoming event we have invited various professionals who will share their expertise and practical examples on this subject.

Attendance fees

Fee for assigned representatives of AEB member companies is 2,600 RUR (VAT not applicable);

Fee for non-assigned representatives of AEB member companies is 3,000 RUR (VAT not applicable);

Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 6,500 RUR (VAT not applicable);

All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Once registration is closed the fee is non-refundable.

Registration will be valid only upon receipt of payment.
