The AEB is pleased to invite you to a seminar,“Stress and Leadership”, organized on April 9, 2009, AEB Conference room (Krasnoproletarskaya ul., 16, bld.3, entrance 8, 4th floor, office No 7) from 10:00 am to 12:00 am (registration starts from 9:30 am).
This session will give a comprehensive outlook of the intertwined relationship between stress and other psychological outcomes, productivity, leadership styles, and health of the individual and the organization. It is based on the most recent research available in the spheres of occupational medicine, sociology and psychology. Its goal is to bring new tools to businessmen, managers and HR specialists alike to cope with challenging economic situations.
Dr Christophe Bagot graduated from the University of Paris as a psychiatrist and a psychopharmacologist. He worked in Central Nervous Research (CNS), and subsequently specialized in Anxiety & Stress Related Disorders.Dr Bagot studied psychotherapy and coaching in France, the US and the UK.He held managerial positions in Rhône Poulenc Canada, and The Upjohn Company.His spheres of expertise, beside stress and anxiety, include communication, intercultural problems, and peak performance.At the present time Dr Bagot works between Paris and Moscow. In the latter he has cooperated with EMC and is a partner of the consulting firm MDPartners.
