Event information

AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in the AEB Open Event on Travel Safety, organized by the AEB Safety, Health, Environment and Security committee. The event will be held on October 7^th, 2009 at 9:30 (registration from 9:00), at the AEB office, ul Krasnoproletarskaya 16, bld.3, entrance 8, 4^th floor.

Professional speakers will discuss current safety topics and advise on best practices for developing a corporate travel safety program for travelling within and outside the Russian Federation. The event should help you to better prevent and rate risks for national and international travelers – since this is the responsibility of an enterprise.

The safety and welfare of AEB member companies within Russia and abroad is our first and foremost concern.

The working languages of the Event are English and Russian. Simultaneous translation will be provided.

Attendance fees:

AEB members’ participation for assigned representatives is free of charge;

Fee for additional representatives of AEB members is 3,000 RUR (VAT not applicable);

Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 6,500 RUR (VAT not applicable);

All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Once registration is closed, the fee is non-refundable.
