The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in Open Event “Navigating through the downturn: restructuring and bankruptcy procedures”, organized by the AEB Legal Committee. The event will be held on October 13, 2009, in Moscow, at the Novotel, starting from 9 am till 1 pm (registration starts at 8.30 am).

The wide-spread problems with liquidity lead some companies to default on their debts or even to bankruptcy. Bankruptcy proceedings could be a solution of debt recovery by might be quite time-consuming and complicated. The joint interests of business owners, managers, creditors and employees ought to be balanced in the course of the bankruptcy proceedings.

For the upcoming event we have invited various professionals, who are experts in all aspects of the reorganization and restructuring of financially troubled businesses, and represent various stakeholders of the insolvency process.

Attendance fees:

AEB members’ participation for assigned representatives is free of charge;

Fee for additional representatives of AEB members is 3,000 RUR (VAT not applicable);

Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 6,500 RUR (VAT not applicable);

All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Once registration is closed, the fee is non-refundable.
