The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in the Round Table, “Relations between European businesses and the Russian government: GR in modern Russia. Management of mutual expectations”, organized by the Public Relations and Communications committee. The event will be held on October 6^th, 2010, in Moscow, at the AEB conference Room, Krasnoproletarskaya 16, bld 3, entrance 8, office 7, from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm (registration starts at 9:30 am).

The event is targeted at the audience of corporate GR professionals and representatives of companies looking to establish such practice in-house or outsource it. Participants can discuss the issues of interacting with government agencies, finding out their agenda and determining the most efficient ways of bringing across their points of view. The round table provides a platform for a frank exchange of views on a still immature but fast-growing area of communications activity.

The working languages of the Event are English and Russian. Simultaneous translation will be provided.

Attendance fees:

AEB members’ participation for assigned representatives is free of charge;

Fee for additional representatives of AEB members is 3,000 RUR (VAT not applicable);

Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 6,500 RUR (VAT not applicable);

All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Once registration is closed, the fee is non-refundable.
