Dear AEB Members,

We would like to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the Association of the European Businesses successfully took place on Tuesday, April the 5^th, 2011 at the Swissôtel Conference Centre Moscow.

We highly appreciate your active participation (personally at the meeting or voting by proxies) during this year’s AGM.

Please find attached the results of the elections (CNR and AC) which took place at the Annual General Meeting, new version of the AEB Charter in Russian and English (subject to registration) and the approved AEB Board Rules.
