Transfer Pricing: Envisaged Changes to the Tax Code

We are pleased to invite you to a business breakfast with S.D. Shatalov, RF Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, where he will address AEB members and partners on his vision for changes to the Tax Code regarding transfer pricing rules. Mr.Shatalov has held the post of First Deputy Minister of Finance for the Russian Federation from 1995 to 1998 and since January 2000. Mr Shatalov is an expert in area of tax and transfer pricing. Over the course of his career, Mr Shatalov has held senior posts in both public and private organizations: he worked as a director of tax for Russia's Center of Privatization and Investment and as a tax director for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Russia.
