Finance and Investments Commitee: Roundtable Discussion and Presentation of "How to Invest in Russia"

The AEB Finance & Investments Committee is pleased to invite you to an Open Meeting where it will present and discuss issues raised in the second edition of its annual “How to Invest in Russia”, which gives practical advice for companies interested in investing in Russia.

“How to Invest in Russia” fulfills the need for a guide to the Business, Financial, Legal, Corporate, Tax, HR and other aspects of the acquisition and post-acquisition phases of the investment cycle, as well a Credit Rating and Corporate Governance Score.

The guide is compiled by professionals with considerable knowledge and experience in the subject matter. Authors include representatives of companies such as BNP Paribas, Deloitte, Ernst &Young, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, SGS Vostok Ltd., Standard & Poor’s and others.

Please note that the Guide will be provided to participants of the event free of charge.
