Customs Legislation in Russia - Recent Changes and Implementation

The AEB Customs & Transport Committee will hold a conference on “Customs Legislation – Recent Changes and Implementation” in St. Petersburg on Thursday, February 28, 2008 at the Grand Hotel Europe. This is the fourth annual full-day conference of this type, which will focus on the recent changes to customs legislation and specifics of export and import operations in the North-West region of Russia.

The FTS has confirmed the participation of its speakers at the conference and we are now waiting for the names and positions of the new customs service representatives after in the light of recent restructuring of the organisation. Please be aware therefore that the programme is liable to changes upon receipt of final confirmations. The conference will be conducted in English and Russian.

The registration fee is 8,000 RUR + VAT for AEB Members, 11,000 +VAT for Non-Members. Registration is open until February 22, 2008. Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Guarantee letters will also be accepted.
