As more employees return to civilian work after military service, organizations are increasingly facing a sensitive and complex management challenge: how to support their reintegration into the workplace while maintaining team stability, clear boundaries, and operational continuity.

This webinar will explore how businesses can approach this topic in a thoughtful, structured, and responsible way. The focus will be on the role of the company as an adapting environment: creating clear communication principles, helping managers navigate difficult situations, reducing uncertainty in teams, and understanding where the organization’s responsibility begins and ends.

The session will feature Mikhail Prokofiev, psychologist, psychotherapist, business coach, and specialist in psychological trauma. Mikhail has over 20 years of experience in business consulting, leadership development, executive coaching, team facilitation, and work with psychologically complex situations in organizational contexts.


The webinar will be moderated by Irina Aksenova, Chairperson of the AEB HR Committee, Deputy General Manager, Key Accounts, Coleman Group.
