AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in a webinar organized by the AEB Labor Law Sub-Committee on the topic "Eternal" legal problems of labor relations".

The webinar will be held on June 11, 2024 at 3 p.m. on the Zoom platform.

We return to topics that are constantly in the area of increased attention of Labour law and HR practitioners. Those include monetary liability of employees, labour relations during the summer period, termination due to the lack of trust and incompatibility with the job, current practices of dismissals for disclosure of confidential information, new wording of Article 256 of the Labour Code: what has changed in terms of protected employees’ categories and beyond – these will be covered by the Labour law Sub-Committee experts from the AEB member-companies: Melling, Voitishkin & Partners, Pepeliaev Group, Alrud and ADVANT Beiten.
