The AEB is pleased to invite you to AEB Regulatory Update “Recent Developments in Counter-Sanctions Regulation and Practice”.

At the webinar the experts will focus on counter-sanctions regulation, changes in regulation and practice of corporate transactions and dividend payments approvals, as well as implications of non-compliance with counter-sanctions regulation and potential risks and practical aspects in part of interim management:
