AEB Labour Law Subcommittee is glad to invite you to the webinar “On Inportant Trends in Judicial Practice in Labor Disputes”.

The event takes place on Wednesday, 30 April 2025, from 15:00 till 16:30 via ZOOM.

The event will be moderated by Evgeny REYZMAN, AEB Law Subcommittee Chairperson.

Elena PITIRIMOVA and Georgy MZHAVANADZE, Melling, Voitishkin & Partners, will present the courts' assessment of employers' arguments on abuse of rights by employees.

Margarita EGIAZAROVA, ALRUD Law Firm, will speak on the topic of changes in the practice of recovering damages, dismissals for loss of confidence and consideration of disciplinary disputes in courts.    

The working language of the event is Russian. No interpretation will be provided.
