The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in the webinar organized by the AEB Assessment, training & development Sub-Committee of the AEB HR Committee titled “Assessment, Training and Development in uncertain times".

The event will be held on April 19, 2022, from 12:00 to 13:30 via Zoom.

How to manage a team in the current circumstances of uncertainty? The participants will learn how to form the correct information agenda for the team, how to develop the emotional resilience of the team leader and how to maintain effectivity of the performance? The speakers will share their experience of psychological support for employees.
