The AEB Real Estate Committee is pleased to invite you to its webinar "Commercial Real Estate Lease: Market and Law", which will be held on June 15 at 16:00 via Zoom.

Last spring, the Committee already held a webinar on leases in the current crisis environment, when one of the most pressing issues for many companies in various sectors was the problem of renegotiating or terminating leases entirely. It was essential for us to explore the legislative developments and consider the practical challenges related to the rights of owners and tenants.

Now, over a year later, we are returning to this topic in order to review the changes that have occurred during this time on the commercial real estate rental market, to assess how the departure of foreign companies has affected the restructuring of rental relationships, as well as what judicial practices have developed - including those concerning the termination of contracts.

The experts will also offer advice on how to sign new contracts (including legal due diligence of premises, negotiation with several potential tenants / lessors, etc.).

At the end of the webinar you will have the opportunity to ask the speakers any questions on the issue you may have.
