The AEB is pleased to invite you to its regular webinar “CRISIS UPDATE: SANCTIONS AND COUNTERMEASURES. Disputes Involving Foreign Persons in Russian Courts: Current Challenges and Remedies”.

The event will take place online on Friday, February 16, 2024, from 11:00 to 13:00 via ZOOM.

This time our experts will focus on on issues related to counteracting circumvention of contractual provisions on dispute resolution in foreign jurisdictions and to holding subsidiaries in Russia liable for debts of parent companies (reverse piercing of the corporate veil) as well as overview of recent Russian cases involving Western sanctions and current approaches to recognition of decisions of foreign arbitration (courts):
