Crisis Update: Sanctions and Countermeasures

The AEB is pleased to invite you to its weekly webinar “Crisis Update: Sanctions and Countermeasures”.

The event will take place online on April 15, 2022, from 11:00 to 13:00 via ZOOM.

Yulia Litovtseva, Partner, Head of Bankruptcy and Anti-Сrisis Protection of Business Practice, Pepeliaev Group, will tell us about various aspects and risks related to the bankruptcy procedure under sanctions. Ekaterina Kalinina, Head of Real-Estate & Regulatory Practice, SCHNEIDER GROUP, will consider the issue of criminal liability for top management, and Artashes Oganov, Partner, Head of Practice, together with Dmitry Bogdanov, Senior lawyer, Real Estate and Construction Practice, from CMS International B.V., will share their opinions on new conditions in real estate and construction. The presentations will be followed by discussion where participants will be able to ask questions to the experts.

The AEB will continue its weekly update on the current sanctions and countermeasures, as it affects most of the business in Russia. Those updates on Sanctions and Countermeasures will be held every Friday.
