The widespread transition to remote and hybrid work formats has shown the need to change approaches to recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and many other HR processes. Working during the COVID-19 pandemic has shown that there is no time to waste on either routine or long-term adaptation to change. Therefore, the digitalization of HR processes is more relevant than ever.
