The ecological issue continues to grow in Russia. The danger of man-made accidents increases every day due to deteriorated infrastructure and climate risks. The government intends to tighten measures against violators of the environment, in connection with which the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has prepared a bill on the responsibility of business owners for the liquidation of damage caused to the environment.
