The AEB Real Estate Committee invites representatives of the development community, actively working in this field, to participate in the open event titled “Green” solutions in Construction and Real Estate in Russia. Today and Tomorrow".

The event will be held on 14 April 2021, from 15:00 to 17:30 at the SOK Rybakov Tower, 36 Leningradsky Prospekt, bldg. 11. The event will be held offline. However you will also be able to participate in the event online.

"Healthy" solutions in construction have become mandatory in Europe and are becoming increasingly popular in Russia. It is a healthy lifestyle to strive for. A healthy office is a space for socialization and collaboration. It is not surprising that the real estate market is getting interested in "green" technologies in difficult "coronavirus" times, since their introduction is associated not only with a return on investment, but mainly with a healthy lifestyle.

In Russia, there have been facilities in various segments of real estate with this sort of technologies for a long time now. Are they really necessary and relevant now, or is it a myth?

We will not only share our work experience, but also talk about what technologies allow to make an object "green" and for what purposes they are implemented.
