The AEB is pleased to invite you to the AEB joint cross-regional session “HR Spotlight of the Russian Regions: New Challenges - New Opportunities" organized by the AEB HR Committee, AEB North-Western Regional Committee and AEB Southern Regional Committee.

Russia has been living under sanctions since 2014. How are the regions managing it now? What HR challenges and strategies have become priorities in 2022? What are the main challenges of recruiting new employees in current reality? What are companies doing to retain employees in 2022? What are employers doing to support teams during the crisis?
We invite you to take part in the event to discuss these and other issues.
