AEB is pleased to invite you to the joint interregional annual session of AEB “HR Spotlight on Russian Regions”, organized by AEB Human Resources Committee, AEB North-Western Regional Committee, and AEB Southern Regional Committee.
In 2026, many companies are concerned about issues such as the growing problem of burnout and changes in staff retention strategies. That is why the theme of this year’s conference is “Engagement 2.0: Evolution of HR Approaches.”
The event will take place on November 17, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00, via Zoom.
Over the past 6 years, the level of employee engagement in companies has dropped to its lowest levels. Today, we are witnessing not only a global decline in engagement but also the simultaneous phenomenon of Job Hugging, when, instead of a genuine interest in tasks and “burning eyes,” employees opt for a passive strategy.
How to re‑engage employees, how to awaken their genuine interest in their work, where to look for talent, what methods, tools, and approaches HR specialists use — we will discuss these and other issues during our annual session “HR Spotlight on Russian Regions”.
