The AEB Customs & Transport Committee is pleased to invite you to the roundtable organized with the Japanese Business Club Customs Committee and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).

The event will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00 at the AEB Conference Center (Moscow, Butyrsky val, 68/70, bldg.1, office 13).

AEB experts will discuss with JBC and JETRO experts the following issues:

Results of a survey of Japanese companies on customs regulation issues
Overview of court practice on inclusion of dividends and other payments in customs value
Overview of the most typical issues in liability for customs offenses and recent amendments to chapter 16 of the CoAO
Overview of the logistics situation and mutual settlements with counterparties

The working language of the event is ENGLISH. Russian-Japanese translation will be provided for Q&A session.
