The AEB Compliance & Ethics Committee and the AEB Legal Committee are pleased to invite you to a joint roundtable entitled: "Distributors as a Risk Zone: Balancing Anti-Corruption Compliance and Antitrust Law".

The event will be held on December 3, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the offices of Melling, Voitishkin & Partners, located at: 9 Lesnaya Street, Business Center "White Gardens", Moscow.

This meeting will provide a detailed overview of how to effectively manage risks associated with distributor relationships. The panel discussion will focus on three key areas: identifying corruption risks, tools for risk mitigation, and the risks of contract termination and subsequent interaction with the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

The discussion will be moderated by Roman Butenko, Deputy Chair of the AEB Compliance & Ethics Committee. The panel will feature: Anna Zamkova (Head of Sales Legal Support, PepsiCo), Nadiya Gorelavskaya (Partner, Head of Antitrust Practice, Melling, Voitishkin & Partners), and Ilya Shlykov (Deputy Chairman of the AEB Legal Committee, Haval), as well as invited speakers from the pharmaceutical industry.

All event participants are also invited to contribute to the open discussion.

The working language of the event is Russian. Translation will not be provided.
