The AEB is pleased to invite you to the Finance and Investments Committee’s conference “M&A Deals in Russia: Through Difficu lties to "Completion"”.

The event will take place on May 23, 2023, Tuesday, from 10:00 to 14:00 in the AEB Conference Center (Butyrsky Val St. 68/70 b.1, 1st floor, office 13).

The year of 2022 was full of challenges and turbulence, and they continue in 2023. As a result, some European companies have withdrawn from Russia or changed its set-up.

This conference is a one-stop event, that will give each participant the opportunity to receive the most up-to-date information related to M&A deals:

M&A market and deals - trends and forecasts for 2023,
Financial issues of M&A transactions and capital flows,
M&A documentation: practical issues. Regulatory issues.

The event will be opened by Tadzio Schilling, CEO, AEB, and Andrey Zharskiy, AEB Finance and Investments Committee Chair / Partner, ALRUD Law Firm.
