As you know, due to changes in the Law on NCOs related to epidemiological situation and formal requirements of NP AEB supervisory body - the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, an Extraordinary General Assembly has been called upon on 21 December 2020 in order to duly confirm and vote re: change of CEO of AEB via a remote voting process.
Given the high importance of this meeting and the fact that the final version of the Charter has been approved by the Board of the AEB, we are pleased to invite you to take part in a "Briefing on the AEB Extraordinary General Assembly and Final Version of the Charter".
The event will be held on Wednesday 16 December 2020 from 15:00 till 16:00.
At the briefing itself you will get information on how to cast your company's vote at the Extraordinary General Assembly, receive an overview of the most important changes in the Charter and will be able to ask your questions.
The meeting will be moderated by Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO.
