As promised some days ago, we are pleased to invite you to the second of a series of IT-Telecom webinars devoted to the work during COVID-19. This time the floor will be given to the telecom operators – what to expect from them during COVD; how to switch to the remote work providing it to themselves and their customers; how to build remote work scenarios to different categories for employees; how to cope with increased number of requests from customers; what solutions and services are particularly in demand.
