Roskachestvo is the Russian national quality system established by the Russian Government in 2015. The system incorporates issues and goals in the field of standardization, certification, process quality assessment and implementation of the most effective management practices, consumer research into the quality of goods and services, creation and promotion of quality ideology and culture, and consumer awareness.
