Overview of salary surveys in Russia 2021

The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in the webinar organized by the AEB Compensation and Benefits Sub-Committee of the AEB HR Committee, titled “Overview of salary surveys in Russia 2021"

The event will be held on November 23, 2021, from 14:00 to 16:15.

Compensation strategy, compensation packages and the necessity for benefits packages remain a pressing issue for companies in the Russian market, especially in the current environment.

The event will cover these issues both externally, from the major providers of salary surveys in Russia, and internally, from industrial companies’ representatives.

Representatives from EY and PWC will offer an overview of the general market as well as the FMCG, O&G, Pharma, Finance & Manufacturing, Retail and Transport sectors, ANTAL will share the candidate’s point of view, and representatives from OBI and LLC “Pyaterochka” will present practical cases.

The working language of the meeting is Russian. Interpretation into English will be provided upon request.
