SPIC-2: A TOOL FOR INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER

The AEB Modernisation & Innovations Working Group is pleased to invite you to its open event entitled ”SPIC-2: a tool for innovation development and technology transfer?”, which will be held on September 11^th, 2019, at the AEB premises (Butyrsky Val, 68/70, bld.1, ground floor, office 13), from 10:00 to 13:00 (registration from 09:30).

The meeting will focus on the technological and legal aspects of the updated mechanism of special investment contracts (SPIC-2). It will serve as a platform for the discussion of key challenges for innovation development and the diffusion of cutting-edge technologies in Russia, the perspectives for implementation of high-tech projects with the support of SPIC 2.0, advantages and disadvantages of SPIC 2.0 in comparison to SPIC 1.0 in terms of the protection of investors.

The event will be moderated by Michael Akim, Chairman of the AEB Modernisation & Innovations Working Group, Vice-President on Strategic Development, ABB Russia.

Registration will close as soon as we reach the maximum number of participants and the latest at noon on September 10^th, 2019.

The working languages of the meeting is English and Russian. Interpretation will be provided.
