The AEB Finance&Investments Committee is pleased to invite you to its annual M&A conference titled “Russian M&A market 2026: a holding pattern?”.
The event will take place on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 14:00 to 20:00 at the AEB Conference Center (Butyrsky Val, 68/70, bld. 1, Moscow).
The Russian M&A market continues to operate in a highly complex and evolving environment. In recent years, the market has undergone significant shifts, with changes in its structure, key players and rules of the game. Following the boom of 2022–2024, deal activity has become more selective. At the same time, expectations of a new wave of transactions — including those involving foreign investors — are gradually shaping the outlook for 2026 and beyond.
The conference will bring together leading experts, investors and advisors to discuss key regulatory developments, market trends and practical aspects of structuring and executing transactions in a changing environment.
The programme of the event is under development and will be published later.
The working language is Russian. Interpretation into English will be provided upon prior request only (to be sent to polina.skorovarova@aebrus.ru before May 20, 2026).
Attendance Fees:
Free of charge for representatives of AEB members (up to two participants per company);
10,000 RUB (+22% VAT) for representatives of non-member companies.
