The AEB Taxation Committee is pleased to invite you to our open event “Tax clause and industry-specific "whitewash" projects: business as an “agent” of tax control or collective tax liability?”.

The event will take place online on Tuesday, June-8, 2021 from 10:00 to 12:00.

The event is dedicated to the recent trends of the FTS cooperation with the large businesses that in fact lead to the imposition of tax control functions regarding various service providers on taxpayers - their customers. We will discuss the so-called tax clause of the contracts between taxpayers and their contractors, compliance of such clauses with the Civil Code, practical problems of implementation of such an approach and other methodological aspects. The event will provide a platform for exchange of opinions and views of the business, regulator and AEB’s taxation and legal experts. Svetlana Khramova, Deputy Head of the Interregional Inspectorate for Largest Taxpayers N1, is expected to be the event’s distinguished guest.
