The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in the Round table organized by the AEB HR Committee titled “The role of HR Department and HR Director in times of crisis. Value for the business and for the team".

The event will be held on May 24, 2022, from 15:00 to 16:45 in the AEB Conference Center at the address: Moscow, Bytirskiy Val 68\70 bld 1, office 13.

In the past few years, Russia has gone through multiple crisis. The scope of HR directors’ responsibilities in Russia have increased, to the extent of which their job functions have drastically changed.

At the roundtable we will discuss unusual new tasks which have appeared in the “to-do” lists of the Russian HR directors as well as the role and importance of the HR director and HR department in this everchanging environment.
