The AEB is pleased to invite you to its open event “The role of Internal and External communication in Crisis management. PR, HR & Ethical aspects.”, organized by the AEB Public Relations & Communications Committee, Recruitment Sub-committee, and Compliance & Ethics Committee.
The event will be conducted on April 12, 2022, from 15:00 to 16:30 in a hybrid format.
Offline format will take place in the AEB Conference Centre (Butyrsky Val, 68/70, bldg. 1, Ground floor, Office 13 (registration from 14:30)) and online format will be transmitted via Zoom.
The process of internal and external communication in crisis management involves working with various types of audiences and mediated messages at moments of heightened pressure. Companies carry ethical responsibility until, during and after the crisis, therefore ethical issues are important considerations when a crisis occurs. The urgency of the crisis in an environment of great uncertainty exacerbates with the urgent need for prompt decision-making on the part of management. It also includes evaluating crisis management efforts and providing follow-up crisis messages as needed.
During this open event, invited experts in the field will share experiences and introduce important tools for building internal and external communications in response to the crisis situation. They will elaborate on the importance of the role of communications team in crisis management as well as synergy of internal and external communication and make an overview of the ethical component of this complex process.
