The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in the webinar organized jointly by the AEB Legal Committee and the Legal & Taxation Sub-Committee of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee titled “To leave or not to leave? Foreign business crisis asset management scenarios”
The event will be held on 28 April 2022, from 15:00 to 17:00 via Zoom.
After February 24th along with tightening of western sanctions, many foreign companies announced their withdrawal from the Russian market or suspension of operations in the country. Foreign investors are seeking various opportunities and applying different scenarios of their further activities, ranging from selling shares with potential future buyout to transfer of assets under the management of local partners.
During the event, legal implications of different asset management solutions for foreign companies in Russia will be discussed.
