The AEB Real Estate Committee is pleased to invite you to the business meeting titled “Operational Costs Optimization.
The meeting will take place from 09:30 to 12:30 (registration from 09:00), on Thursday, February 12, 2009, at the Marriott Aurora Hotel, Stoleshniki hall (11/20 Petrovka.str).
During the current economical situation the Real Estate Committee considers very important to provide AEB members with the latest information on office rent.
What is the current rent rate for office?
What will be the tendencies for the nearest future?
What should you do if your company has more space than it needs?
Rental agreement – where are the pitfalls and how to avoid them?
These questions and many others will be considered during the upcoming event dedicated to Operational Cost Optimization.

Working language is Russian. Presentations will be prepared in English
Translation will not be provided.
Attendance Fees:
Price for representatives of AEB member companies is 2,100 RUR (VAT not applicable)
Price for representatives of non-member companies: 5,500 RUR (VAT not applicable)
All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Once registration is closed, the fee is non-refundable.
