The AEB Annual General Meeting will take place on 23rd, April 2009, starting at 17:00, at the Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow, Hall Atrium (registration starts from 16:15).
 
You are kindly invited to participate in the event and exercise your rights as members of the Association of European Businesses (AEB).  
 
In particular, members will be given the opportunity to elect the AEB members of the Council of National Representatives (CNR) and the Audit Commission (AC).
 
We are also pleased to announce that Arcady Dvorkovich, Aide to the Russian President on Economic Issues, will address the AEB members during the Annual General Meeting.  
Your participation in the AGM – either by attending in person or nominating a proxy – is extremely important. According to our Charter, we must achieve a quorum of 50% of members in order for any decisions made at the AGM to be valid.
