The AEB is pleased to invite you to the AEB HR event Passionate Leadership. Managing the downturn with style, organized by the AEB Assessment, Training and Development Subcommittee of the HR Committee on June 5, 2009, from 9.00 to 12.00 (registration from 8.30) at Swissotel Krasnye Holmy, Kosmodamianskaya naberezhnaya, 52, building 6.

How do you as a leader keep your passion when the results are going down and you are firing staff? How do you personally as a leader deal with the changes that the crisis has brought about? And how do you “passionate” your team(s)?

What are the main struggles for leaders today and how can they be tackled? What do we know about effective crisis leaders? What lessons can we learn from the best and the worst? What pitfalls to avoid?

Derk Jan Koole, Managing Director and Nadezhda Diakonova, Senior Consultant Leadership Development and Talent Management of Hay Group Russia will facilitate the discussions based on their experience and client cases. Moreover, an industry speaker (name to be confirmed) with significant experience in the field, will share the experience with the audience.
