The AEB is pleased to invite you to a HR Conference “Bringing Expats to Russia” which will take place in Moscow on Thursday, October 7, 2010, at the Marriott Tverskaya Hotel. This is the fourth annual conference.

The full-day conference will cover property, schooling and relocation issues, as well as the tax, immigration and HR aspects of bringing expats to Russia. Among the speakers at the event will be representatives of Mayfair Properties, Troika Relocations, Intermark Savills, IBM, Volvo Vostok, Nestle, JTI, and many others.

The working languages of the conference are English and Russian. Simultaneous translation into English will be provided in the part relating to immigration and labour legislation only in case of preliminary request. For details, please see the attached programme. The programme is liable to minor changes upon receipt of final speaker and topic confirmation.

Attendance fees

The registration fee for the HR Conference is 7,500 RUR (plus VAT 18%) for AEB members.

For non-members the fee is 9,000 RUR (plus VAT 18%).

Registration is open until October 4, 2010. Your registration will be valid only upon receipt of payment.
