The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in an annual conference organized by the AEB Legal committee titled, “Recent Trends in RF Corporate Legislation: Problems and Solutions”. The conference shall take place on October 12^th, 2010 from 09:00 until 13:00 (registration will start at 08:30), at the Hotel Marriott Tverskaya, Valdayskiy Conference Room, 1^st Tverskaya – Yamskaya, 34, Moscow.

Our speakers will cover recent trends in Russian corporate legislation that are of vital importance to companies’ operation. It will dwell upon key aspects of transfer of shares in LLC, pledge of participation interest, shareholders agreements, notary functions and others. The conference will highlight basic aspects, which will help companies avoid mistakes that may lead to their Management bearing civil and criminal responsibilities.

The working languages of the conference are English and Russian. Simultaneous translation will be provided.

Attendance fees

AEB members’ participation for assigned representatives is free of charge;

Fee for additional representatives of AEB members is 3,000 RUR (VAT not applicable);

Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 6,500 RUR (VAT not applicable);

All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Once registration is closed, the fee is non-refundable.

Registration is open until 12:00 noon, October 11^th, 2010. Your registration will be valid only upon receipt of payment.
