Optimization of business processes. Outsourcing in Russia – to be or Not to be?

The AEB is pleased to invite you to a Round Table, “Optimization of the Business Processes. Outsourcing in Russia: to Be or not to Be?”, organized by the AEB IT-Telecom Committee.

The event will take place on December 10^th, 2010 at the AEB premises, entrance 8, 2-nd floor, hall Fudzyama, from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm (registration starts from 9:00 am).

Outsourcing is viewed as involving the contracting out of a business function - commonly one previously performed in-house - to an external provider( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outsourcing).  Most of the companies are usually afraid of this word especially when it come to IT and accounting services.

So is “outsourcing” really that scary? Or, can it be one of the biggest improvements that would allow almost any organization to save time, money and concentrate on the things they do best instead of spending the valuable time on the everyday routine.

We have invited experts from various industries to have an open discussion regarding this topic that is becoming more and more popular in Russia.

Attendance Fees

AEB members’ participation for assigned representatives is free of charge;

Fee for additional representatives of AEB members is 3,000 RUR (VAT not applicable);

Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 6,500 RUR (VAT not applicable);

All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Once registration is closed, the fee is non-refundable.
