Trade Law and taxation issues in the retail & consumer industry

The AEB is pleased to invite you to participate in its Business Meeting, “Trade Law and taxation issues in the retail & consumer industry”, organisedby the AEB Taxation committee.
 
The event will be held on April 27th, 2011, from 09:00 till 14:00 (registration starts at 08:30), at Marriott Grand Hotel, ul. Tverskaya 26/1, Moscow.
 
The AEB Taxation Committee has developed an extremely interesting programme with two specials sessions. The event will start with the overview of Trade Law enforcement practices, focusing on antimonopoly and other trade practice restrictions and responsibility for violations of the Trade Law. Preliminary confirmations to share their views on the above matters were received from Timofey Nizhegorodtsev, Head of the Protection of the Business Competition in Social Sphere and Trade Department, the RF Federal Anti-monopoly Service and Igor Tsvetkov, Ph.D in Law, professor, Moscow State University by M. Lomonosov, Commercial law Department.  

The second session is aimed at highlighting key taxation issues of Retail and Consumer industry: tax implications of distribution practices, lease and leasehold improvements, surpluses, shortages and losses of goods. The session will feature expert speakers from leading professional services firms and will provide a good platform for discussion and exchange of practical knowledge.

Attendance fees:
 
AEB members’ participation is 4650 RUR,including 18% VAT.
Fee for representatives of non-member companies is 5300 RUR, including 18% VAT.
