The AEB is pleased to invite you to the seminar “EMPLOYEES: TO MOTIVATE OR TO DISMISS”. The special guests of the event are representatives of an international recruiting firm Brainpower and a representative from the Federal Migration Service. The seminar will be moderated by the Head of Employment & Migration practice of CMS,
During the seminar, specialists will cover such topical issues as:
¾ Motivating employees effectively: possible benefits with an eye to current practice and legislation in
¾ A new approach to arranging compensation packages
¾ State Migration Policy of the
¾ Labour disputes: legal and effective dismissal; labour discipline and dismissal upon mutual agreement
