Dear AEB members,

We would like to remind you that the annual AEB Tax Open Event “Development of the tax system in 2008 and prospects for 2009-2011”, organized by the AEB Tax Committee, with the participation of Governmental Authorities, will be held on December 3, 2008 at 9:00 at the PWC office, Kosmodamianskaya nab. 52, bldg 5 (registration from 8:30).

The Conference is aimed to present and sum up the recent and important changes in the field of taxation in 2008 and the prospects for 2009 – 2011, including the following questions:

- Amendments to Part One of the Tax Code effective January 1, 2009.

- New tax depreciation rules

- New provisions of the RF Tax Code regarding other profits tax matters

- New provisions of the RF Tax Code regarding VAT

- New provisions of the RF Tax Code regarding PIT and UST

- Development of court practice in 2008

- Prospects of the RF tax system development for 2009-2011

Attendance Fees

AEB members’ participation for assigned representatives is free of charge;

Price for additional representatives of AEB members is 2,500 RUR (VAT not applicable);

Price for representatives of non-member companies: 6,500 RUR (VAT not applicable);

All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Once registration is closed the fee is non-refundable.
