The Association of European Businesses (AEB) is pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026. 

Your participation in the meeting is very important. The voice of every AEB member is necessary for successful decision making on key issues of the Association.

Date: Wednesday, April 15, 2026 Time: 5:00 PM (Registration starts at 4:30 PM) 
Location: Hotel Continental (Tverskaya Str. 22) 

Key Agenda Items: 
    • Elections of the AEB CEO, Board, and Auditing Commission.
    • Approval of Membership Fees for 2027. 

How to Participate: 

Offline Participation: Please confirm your attendance by registering at agm2026@aebrus.ru no later than April 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM. 

Remote Voting: If you cannot attend in person, please send your completed voting ballot to agm2026@aebrus.ru by April 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM. 

Important Requirement: Please ensure that your AEB membership fees for 2026 are fully paid to be eligible to participate in the AGM 2026.
