The AEB is pleased to invite you to the AEB Joint Cross-Regional Annual Session “HR Spotlight of the Russian Regions: Priorities and Solutions for the HR Market in Russia" organized by the AEB HR Committee, AEB North-Western Regional Committee, and AEB Southern Regional Committee.
The event will be held on October 17, 2024, from 10:00 to 12:00 via ZOOM video conference.
It's no secret that HR managers and specialists are having a hard time nowadays - there is a constant question where to get staff in conditions of staff shortage.
In this regard, we can see that both companies and universities are ready to cooperate with each other. More and more companies are attracting students and graduates for internships and traineeships to provide themselves with the necessary personnel and to familiarize future specialists with the industry and real tasks.
During the webinar we will talk about the situation on the labor market in general, about the solutions that have been found by companies in the situation of “staffing famine”, and about those innovations which have been introduced in terms of payments and we will share our best practices with the participants.
